Controller

Newety Teknoloji ve Yazılım Limited Şirketi, based in Türkiye, is the data controller. This notice covers newety.com, project inquiries and email, and limited business-to-business contact. Questions can be sent to info@newety.com.

Project inquiry notice

Information and method. When you submit the form, Newety collects your name, email address, and description of the problem or opportunity directly from you. Company, desired outcome, timing, and starting path are optional. Direct email and later correspondence also contain the information you choose to provide. Without the required form fields, Newety cannot respond through that channel.

Purposes and legal bases. Newety uses the information to assess fit, respond, and take requested steps toward possible engineering work under KVKK Article 5(2)(c). Necessary correspondence may be retained to establish, exercise, or protect a right under Article 5(2)(e), and required records under Article 5(2)(ç). If the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, the corresponding bases are Articles 6(1)(b), 6(1)(c), and 6(1)(f).

Recipients. Cloudflare hosts and validates the form for delivery and abuse prevention. Google Workspace receives and stores valid messages so Newety can reply. The website does not keep a separate inquiry database or send an automated confirmation email. Do not submit credentials, source code, customer records, production data, or other sensitive access material.

Website operation notice

Cloudflare automatically processes an IP address, browser and device details, requested URL, timestamp, network and security signals, and performance measurements when your browser connects. Newety uses this information to deliver, protect, measure, and diagnose the site under KVKK Article 5(2)(f), based on its legitimate interests without harming visitors' fundamental rights and freedoms. Information required for legal or security duties may also be processed under Article 5(2)(ç).

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate use and performance; form content is not sent to analytics. Turnstile and a hidden field screen contact-form abuse. Turnstile does not make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects. If it prevents a legitimate submission, use the email address above.

Business contact notice

Newety may collect a person's name, business role, business contact details, organization, and the public reason for contact from an organization's website, public registers, procurement notices, and reputable business reporting. It uses only information relevant to developing a business relationship, without sensitive or personal-life information, under the legitimate-interest condition in KVKK Article 5(2)(f).

A project inquiry is used to answer that inquiry and is not permission for electronic marketing. Newety will obtain prior consent before sending a commercial electronic message where applicable law requires it, identify the sender, and provide a simple opt-out. An objection can be sent by reply or to info@newety.com; Newety then keeps only the minimal suppression information needed to respect it.

International processing and other recipients

Cloudflare and Google operate global infrastructure, so their processing can involve countries outside Türkiye. Transfers from Türkiye must use a mechanism permitted by KVKK Article 9, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate safeguard. Contact Newety for information about the safeguard applicable to a particular transfer. Newety may also disclose information to professional advisers, courts, regulators, or public authorities when required for a legal duty or legal right. It does not sell personal information.

Cookies and similar technologies

The site does not use advertising, personalization, or cross-site tracking. Its fonts are self-hosted. Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregate use and performance without cookies, local storage, or individual fingerprinting. A visit to the noindex inquiry-received page counts as a form completion, without form content.

The contact page loads Cloudflare Turnstile to prevent automated abuse. It processes technical signals needed for that security purpose. The current widget has pre-clearance disabled, and Cloudflare describes Turnstile's signals and any related storage as strictly necessary for bot detection. Because the current site has no optional cookies or similar storage, it does not show a consent banner. If optional tracking or storage is introduced, it must remain disabled until any legally required consent is obtained.

Retention and security

Messages and related business records are retained only while needed for the inquiry or relationship, legal and accounting duties, or the establishment, exercise, or protection of rights, then deleted or anonymized. Technical and security records follow the relevant Cloudflare configuration and are kept only as long as needed for operation, security, and diagnosis.

Newety uses technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information and the service.

Your rights

You have the rights provided by KVKK Article 11, including rights concerning access, processing purposes and recipients, correction, deletion or destruction, notification to recipients, objection to exclusively automated results, and compensation where the legal conditions apply.

Send a request to info@newety.com. Newety may request information needed to verify your identity and will respond within the period required by applicable law. If another privacy law applies, you may also have rights such as restriction, portability, objection, or a complaint to the competent authority.
